Capital One Bowl!!

What a nice surprise!!!! Gamecocks made it to the Capital One Bowl. This bowl was in Orlando. We had a blast. Orlando is one of our families favorite places to go. We love Disney so much. Just writing this makes me want to go back. We ended up going to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. We were at the parks on New Years Eve the busiest time of year. Did I mention we are Disney experts? We were able to navigate through the parks and ride every ride. It was one of the best New Years ever. Until next time......

Christmas Time!!

So here is the yearly Christmas photo. Mimi brings the Santa hats and we all take one photo with the hats. This was the first year Bryson joined in on the festivities. I always laugh when I look back at the photo. I have several years of these to compare. this is my favorite time of the year. Family times. There is nothing better. Until next time....

The Carolina Corn Maze!!

This was our first corn maze. It was awesome. To get through the corn maze you had to answer baseball USC trivia. We went with our good friends, the Watts. Susie and I kept calling our husbands because we were lost in the field. We had to get the correct answers to get out. It took us several hours and a lot of snacks with the kids but we made it. I would highly suggest this as a family activity. The kids kept leaving a trail of corn so we would know which way we came from. You would be amazed how many times we went in circles. Once we got out we sat down in the family store and ate boiled peanuts and ice cream. There is just nothing better.....

Picking out the Pumpkins!!

It has been a while so I thought I should catch up on my posts. We went to our usual place to pick out pumpkins this year. Here are the kiddos. I wish I would have taken a picture of our pumpkins. Alex chose out the biggest pumpkin we have ever had. I could not even pick it up. It turned out awesome. Hannah on the other hand decided she wanted a small pumpkin this year. We had a blast carving them as usual. Pumpkin seeds are a must at my house. We even sent some to school for their classes to try. I love traditions. Until next time.......
